Many people think that a grandparent would feel as though they are doing it all over again. However, this is not true as most grandparents are happy to have extra time with their grandchildren and cherish this time they spend together. The love for a grandchild is much different than the love that one has for their own child. Many grandparents have testified that they absolutely love the company of their grandchildren and also say that they never knew how amazing children can be and how youthful they can make you feel.
